The operations department typically attends to the administrative, logistical and other duties that are necessary for an organization’s day-to-day functioning. This is one of the key departments in the organization which is comprised of the following sections:-
• Banking Operations
This is through control of both Front Office and Back Office banking functions. This includes transactions
management and accounts management.

This includes the verification, appraisal and disbursement of loans to clients.
